The social Street experience. An immersive experience with an online collaborative community

The social street project, an Italian initiative to create a collaboration network among people who live on the same street, is a relatively new phenomenon. With this project a service design approach is giving to the one of the pioneer “social street” who emerged in the city of Milan. During the second semester of 2014 the project was carried with the key people inside the initiative, resulting in implementations to their current services, based upon scenarios co-created with the help and support from the community.
