Mundus. Sneakers' laundry hub

MUNDUS is a service for washing sneakers providing a professional cleaning, that involves the user in tailoring the service through a personalized experience. The cleaning is made using specific products, high quality equipment, high technology machines and hands of wise sneakers experts and represent the main offer; the secondary offer gives the possibility to customize shoes’ details and buy accessories for sneakers. The users involved are from the sneakers’ world (mainly sneakers’ addicted) and people who use this kind of shoes and are devoted to sneakers culture. MUNDUS is divided in two main areas: Urban (for everyday sneakers) & Teams (for sports teams). The service is delivered through a small place, the MUNDUS Hub, that is the core of the service and where there are all the machines and the tools for cleaning and personalize shoes, plus the accessories. People can access directly to Mundus Hub or through some partner shops that are sneakers shops that collaborate with Mundus and give the possibility to buy the service (when you buy shoes or occasionally). The aim is to create a network of places where people can easily access the service.

MUNDUS è un servizio di lavanderia professionale per sneakers , che coinvolge l'utente all'interno di un'esperienza personalizzata. La pulizia viene eseguita attraverso prodotti specifici, macchinari di ultima generazione e sapienti mani di esperti di sneaker, in secondo luogo MUNDUS offre la possibilità di personalizzare alcuni dettagli delle scarpe e comprare accessori.Gli utenti ai quali MUNDUS si rivolge appartengono al mondo delle sneaker (sneaker addicted), che usano questo tipo di scarpe e che sono devoti alla sneaker culture. MUNDUS è diviso in due aree: Urban (per le sneaker di tutti i giorni) e Teams (per le squadre sportive). Il servizio è fornito attraverso un piccolo negzio, il MUNDUS Hub, che è il centro del servizio e dove ci sono tutte le macchine e gli "attrezzi" per pulire e personalizzare le scarpe, più gli accessori. Gli utenti possono accedere al servizio direttamente attraverso il MUNDUS Hub o attraverso alcuni negozi partner che collaborano con MUNDUS e danno la possibilità di comprare il servizio (al momento dell'acquisto di scarpe nuove o saltuariamente). L'obiettivo è quello di creare una rete di luoghi dove gli utenti possono accedere facilmente al servizio.
