The evolution of sustainability awareness and the global crisis of environmental issues led to increase the pressure from sustainability legislation for production and consumption. To survive in this competitive environment the players must take these trends into consideration, and yet maintain the customer’s satisfaction by offering more customized products while carrying more functions and values. One strategy that can guarantees all of those issues is product service system. It means a shift from product selling to the function selling or improving the intangibles or service and integrate it to the product to increase the value received by user and reduce the material consumption. The idea of PSS is still in its initial stage and it has not become fully mature yet, though there are a lot of articles and study existed in the literature around it. Those papers address mostly the methodologies for designing PSS while lack of value realization for PSS adoption, either by customer side or supplier side, is going to be significant obstacle against product service system. This can be perceived as a gap within the literatures addressing the PSS issue. In this work an extensive literature review on concept of PSS is carried out, the main focuses of the papers were identified and categorized, and the guidelines for the future researches about this newly-born idea is offered.
L'evoluzione della consapevolezza della sostenibilità e la crisi globale dei problemi ambientali ha portato per aumentare la pressione normativa sostenibilità per la produzione e il consumo. a sopravvivere in questo ambiente competitivo i giocatori devono prendere queste tendenze in considerazione, e tuttavia mantenere la soddisfazione del cliente, offrendo prodotti più personalizzati mentre portando più funzioni e valori. Una strategia che può garantisce tutti questi problemi è sistema di servizio prodotto. Significa un passaggio dalla vendita del prodotto alla vendita funzione o migliorare intangibili o servizio e integrarlo al prodotto per aumentare il valore ricevuto dall'utente e ridurre il consumo di materiale. L'idea di PSS è ancora nella sua fase iniziale e non ha diventare pienamente maturo ancora, anche se ci sono un sacco di articoli e studi esisteva in letteratura intorno ad esso. Tali documenti riguardano principalmente le metodologie per la progettazione di PSS mentre la mancanza di valore realizzazione di adozione PSS, sia da parte del cliente o di lato fornitori, sta per essere significativo ostacolo contro il sistema di servizio del prodotto. Questo può essere percepito come un vuoto all'interno delle letterature affrontare la questione PSS. In questo lavoro viene svolto un'ampia revisione della letteratura sul concetto di PSS fuori, i principali obiettivi dei documenti sono stati identificati e categorizzati, e le linee guida per la future ricerche su questa idea neonata viene offerto.
