This thesis is to describe the typical IT HR service company ADP Italia, and my internship in this company for six months in Customer Service and Business Process Improvement departments. For the first three months, I was working under direct instruction of Customer Services Director Alberto Belluardo for the reorganization and SalesForce and other customer service training. The last three months I worked for both CS and BPI departments to study all the process flows and procedures in the company, find out some system problems, and improve the business process, further increase customer satisfaction for the company too. I have studies all the systems and products in ADP and work flows in general, and have learned a lot of HR activities through this internship. And, ADP is a very mature and great company to work in.
