Riqualificazione energetica di un edificio scolastico nell'alto bresciano

The study of this thesis is focused on the energy audit of a school building located in the upper valley of Brescia. The aim of the work is to identify effective interventions for energy improvement of the building both in the casing that plant. The process of audit covered three hypotheses of the initial demand for the same building. It was also included the use of a solar system for the production of hot water. The energy audit of the current state has identified the critical and hypothesize improvements. So we evaluated the relationship between the cost and the potential improvement in the works proposed and it has been identified the opportunities more efficient. Then the economic analysis has enabled to select the most beneficial intervention in the long period.

Lo studio della presente tesi è incentrato sull’audit energetico di un edificio scolastico situato nell’alta valle bresciana. Scopo del lavoro è individuare interventi efficienti per la riqualificazione energetica dell’edificio sia a livello di involucro che di impianto. Il processo di audit ha riguardato tre ipotesi di fabbisogno iniziale per lo stesso edificio. E’ stata inoltre inserito l’utilizzo di un impianto solare per la produzione di acqua calda. La diagnosi energetica dello stato attuale ha permesso di individuare le criticità e ipotizzare interventi migliorativi. Quindi si è valutato il rapporto tra il costo e il potenziale miglioramento degli interventi ipotizzati e si sono individuate le opportunità più efficienti. Poi l’analisi economica ha permesso di selezionare l’intervento più vantaggioso nel lungo periodo.
