A liner public system in the city. Urban design in Shenzhen Sungang area

ABSTRACT-ENGLISH VERSION The project is based on the “”competition,which is aimed at transforming an old area in Shenzhen into an more sustainable place by infrastructure way. Shenzhen, is the city ,because of its unprecedented pace of development, a particularly rich and varied environment. Economic advantages draw many people into the city, culture flourishes thanks to a diverse society, and there is renewed interest in creating parks and public spaces. The city government, in collaboration with the national government, is committed to making Shenzhen a more livable and sustainable city. Shenzhen, the city is, because of its unprecedented pace of development, a particularly rich and varied environment. Economic advantages draw many people into the city, culture flourishes thanks to a diverse society, and there is renewed interest in creating parks and public spaces. The city government, in collaboration with the national government, is committed to making Shenzhen a more livable and sustainable city. The area before is a warehouse and factory area in the edge of the urban area, now became more and more surrounded by the city center. The border is just across the center of the site by a big highway. As the city developed, the area gradually changed its function and transformed into a urban center in the city. The project is aimed at finding a good solution to transform , and finding a new type for the people’s life in the city. As I analysis the history of urban design development and mainly focus upon the public space in the city. I found a hint for the public space design in the city. In the history the public space play different role and have different typology, I just follow the history and lifestyle to reach a new type. Meanwhile, I designed the road system in the city, which is inefficient before. The road is too much wide and without comfortable human reach scale nowadays. With new type of road, the road became a public space and guide people more easily to reach the center public area. I also provide an assume for the house in the site. The buildings morphology is much more different than before which provide a variety life styles and different activities opportunity. The lively city image will be attractive and became a new center in the modern city Shenzhen. The project is not only a generally form and shape of the space, the new life provided by the form and idea is much more significant in the city design in the history.

ABSTRACT-ITALIAN VERSION Il progetto si basa sulla competizione , che mira a trasformare una vecchia area a Shenzhen in un luogo più sostenibile attraverso le infrastrutture. Shenzhen, è la città, a causa del suo ritmo senza precedenti di sviluppo, un ambiente particolarmente ricca e variegata. Vantaggi economici attirano molte persone in città, cultura fiorisce grazie ad una società diversa, e non vi è un rinnovato interesse per la creazione di parchi e spazi pubblici. Il governo della città, in collaborazione con il governo nazionale, si impegna a rendere Shenzhen una città più vivibile e sostenibile. Shenzhen, la città è, a causa del suo ritmo senza precedenti di sviluppo, un ambiente particolarmente ricco e vario. Vantaggi economici attirano molte persone in città, cultura fiorisce grazie ad una società diversa, e non vi è un rinnovato interesse per la creazione di parchi e spazi pubblici. Il governo della città, in collaborazione con il governo nazionale, si impegna a rendere Shenzhen una città più vivibile e sostenibile. La zona prima è una zona magazzino e fabbrica nel bordo della zona urbana, ormai divenuto sempre più circondata dal centro. Il confine è proprio di fronte al centro del sito da una grande autostrada. Mentre la città sviluppata, l'area gradualmente cambiata la sua funzione e trasformato in un centro urbano in città. Il progetto è finalizzato a trovare una buona soluzione per trasformare, e trovare un nuovo tipo per la vita della gente in città. Come analisi che la storia di sviluppo del design urbano e soprattutto concentrarsi sullo spazio pubblico nella città. Ho trovato un suggerimento per la progettazione dello spazio pubblico nella città. Nella storia dello spazio pubblico svolgere ruolo diverso e hanno diversa tipologia, mi basta seguire la storia e lo stile di vita per raggiungere un nuovo tipo. Nel frattempo, ho progettato il sistema viario della città, che è inefficiente prima. La strada è troppo ampia e confortevole, senza scala portata umana oggi. Con il nuovo tipo di strada, la strada è diventata uno spazio e guida le persone pubbliche più facilmente di raggiungere l'area pubblica centrale. Fornisco anche assumere per la casa nel sito. La morfologia edifici è molto più diverso rispetto a prima che fornire una varietà di stili di vita e le diverse attività opportunità. L'immagine animata città sarà attraente ed è diventato un nuovo centro della città moderna di Shenzhen. Il progetto non è solo una generale forma e forma dello spazio, la nuova vita fornita dalla forma e idea è molto più rilevante della concezione città storia.
