The purpose of this research is to provide a better understanding of how sustainability practices employed by luxury fashion companies could influence business objectives. Furthermore, it provides a concept idealization with regard to the relation between business objectives and sustainability practices in luxury fashion industry. After the analysis of the present literature, companies’ annual environmental reports were analyzed and one company was selected as a case study company. Findings demonstrated the information of sustainability practices’ effects on business objectives. It is observed that these practices influence some of the luxury fashion companies’ business objectives positively.
L’obiettivo di questo lavoro è fornire una migliore comprensione delle pratiche di sostenibilità nell'industria della moda di lusso e questa comprensione riguardano gli obiettivi di business. Inoltre, l'altro obiettivo di lavoro è fornire l’idealizzazione del rapporto tra gli obiettivi aziendali e le pratiche di sostenibilità nell'industria della alta moda. Dopo l'analisi della letteratura presente e rapporti ambientali annuali delle società, una società è stata selezionata per case study. I risultati hanno dimostrato i dati degli effetti delle pratiche di sostenibilità sugli obiettivi di business. Questi effetti sono positivi per questo lavoro.
