This thesis deals with the relationship between the supplier and the brand owning company in supply chain inbound in fashion markets. In particular, this document studies the role of the supplier in supply chain and new product development configurations, how it collaborates with the brand owning company and how operations and new product development are integrated in it.
La seguente tesi indaga sul rapporto fra il fornitore e la brand owning company all'interno delle supply chain inbound nel settore del fashion. In particolare, si studia il ruolo che il fornitore ricopre nelle configurazioni della supply chain e dello sviluppo del nuovo prodotto, come collabora esternamente con il cliente e come avviene al suo interno l'integrazione fra operations e sviluppo del nuovo prodotto.
