Abstract
For the production of injectable sterile drugs is required a strict control of the air quality: the product must not be contaminated by both operators and environment, and at the same time it’s necessary to protect the operators and the environment from potentially harmful products. There are different solutions used for this purpose, and in recent years different technologies have established that use physical barriers to separate the product from the operator, which is the main source of contamination. Energy efficiency, initially not properly considered since attention was completely devoted to the resolution of the sterility problems linked to productions, has become a subject which is always more current and increasingly pursued in the widest industrial sectors, and in this context it’s becoming a very important choice parameter. Aim of the thesis is an energy analysis of different facilities solutions used for the control of the airborne contamination in the production of injectable sterile drugs, to understand which is the best solution in terms of energy savings and economic.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
