Gestione digitale dei processi informativi delle costruzioni : aspetti generali. Linee guida per la nuova norma UNI 11337:2016, parte 1

The quality of an asset, which can be either a building or an infrastructure, it can’t prescind from the production modalities and the management of the informative contents that define it in its several aspects. These informative contents are required, produced, exchanged, used and updated through the entire life cycle of the asset itself, from its inception to its reconversion or disposal. Today this etherogeneus quantity of data can be handled in a more efficient and effective way, even in this sector, through a substantial introduction of the informatic and digital methodologies, as already happened in all the rest of the productive or service industries. The goal of the current thesis is the one of analysing the general aspects of the digital management of the construction informative processes, such as the maturity of the digital management of the informative processes, the informative contents, the structure of the construction informative processes and the informative breakdown of the asset. Through the partecipation to the work group UNI/CT 033/GL 05 “Codificazione dei prodotti e dei processi costruttivi in edilizia” it was possible to share ideas among experts of the construction industry and achieve the formulation of the guide lines for the new standard “UNI 11337-1:2016 - Gestione digitale dei processi informativi delle costruzioni - aspetti generali”.

La qualità di un’opera, sia essa un edificio o un’infrastruttura, non può prescindere dalle modalità di produzione e di gestione dei contenuti informativi che la definiscono nei suoi molteplici aspetti. Questi contenuti informativi sono richiesti, prodotti, scambiati, utilizzati ed aggiornati nel corso dell’intero ciclo di vita dell’opera stessa, dalla sua ideazione sino alla sua riconversione o dismissione. Questa eterogenea massa di dati può oggigiorno essere gestita in modo più efficace ed efficiente, anche in questo settore, attraverso una significativa introduzione delle metodologie informatiche e digitali, come già avviene da tempo in tutti gli altri comparti produttivi o dei servizi. L’obbiettivo della presente tesi è stato quello di analizzare gli aspetti generali della gestione digitale dei processi informativi delle costruzioni, quali la maturità della gestione digitale dei processi informativi, i contenuti informativi, la struttura dei processi informativi delle costruzioni e la scomposizione informativa dell’opera. Attraverso la partecipazione al gruppo di lavoro UNI/CT 033/GL 05 “Codificazione dei prodotti e dei processi costruttivi in edilizia” è stato possibile confrontarsi con esperti del settore e giungere alla formulazione delle linee guida per la nuova norma “UNI 11337-1:2016 - Gestione digitale dei processi informativi delle costruzioni - aspetti generali”.
