Music events have always been a meeting point for socializing and gathering large groups of people, regardless on the music gender or type of the event. In this book, I am summarizing the psychology of the music events, especially festivals, their influence on behaviors and emotions of people, environmental issues regarding these events, market situation and finally users’ needs and motivations, and the ways of improving the user experience. As a result, I came up with a proposal for a service that may contrbiute in solving at least some of these problems and imporve the experience of festival and concert visitors. This lead me to the idea for the service that will not only make the experience of the visitors richer and more adventurous, but also make it easier for them to arrange their trip, whereby the service is reducing the traffic and the waste of resources. Therefore, the main goal of the book is to interpret and describe in detail the structure of the service, its advantages and its value proposal, that makes it different from other services.
Gli eventi musicali sono sempre stati dei punti di incontro per radunare e far socializzare grandi folle, a prescindere dal genere musicale o dalla tipologia dell’evento. in questo libro riassumo la psicologia degli eventi musicali, specialmente dei festival, la loro influenza sui comportamenti e le emozioni delle persone, le problematiche ambientali riguardanti questi eventi, la situazione del mercato ed infine le necessità e le motivazioni degli utenti, ed i metodi per migliorare la loro esperienza. Il risultato è la proposta di un servizio che possa contribuire a risolvere quantomeno alcuni di questi problemi e a migliorare l’esperienza dei visitatori dei concerti e dei festival. Il servizio non solo renderà l’esperienza dei visitatori più ricca ed avventurosa, ma gli sarà anche più facile organizzare il viaggio, poiché il servizio permetterà di ridurre il traffico e lo spreco di risorse. L’obiettivo del libro è quindi di interpretare e descrivere in dettaglio la struttura di questo servizio, i suoi vantaggi e il suo value proposal, che lo rendo totalmente diverso dai competitors
