Abstract
The thesis arise from the observation of one of the biggest economic shifts of the last decade: the crisis of the traditional consumption models and the advent of the Sharing Economy. The research, conducted according to a design perspective, aims to outline the innovative elements of the user engagement chain in double-sided companies. The exploratory analysis of the engagement models of three two-sided companies, pioneer of the "access economy" (Airbnb, BlaBlaCar and Uber) has allowed to define a strategic design framework. This strategic tool is applicable to the design of user engagement in two-sided market. An experimental application of this strategic framework, demonstrates its validity and proves its use as as tool in the design of user engagement in two-sided markets.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
