The thesis analyzes the tools and applications used for the purposes of collaboration , communication and network within large companies and the related problems and opportunities connected to them. Starting from the birth of the internet and going through a thorough research on the phenomenon of ' 2.0 ', the boom of social media, especially applied to the companies , the thesis will present the case study of the main portal of communication inside the Volkswagen company.
La tesi analizza gli strumenti e le applicazioni utilizzati ai fini di collaborazione, comunicazione e network all'interno delle grandi aziende, e i relativi problemi ed opportunità ad essi connessi. Partendo dalla nascita di internet e passando attraverso una ricerca approfondita sul fenomeno '2.0' e il boom dei social media, in particolare applicati alle aziende, la tesi presenterà il caso studio del principale portale di comunicazione interno della Volkswagen.
