Al-ya real estate management system

Most of the time real estate agencies have problems with management of information and requirements of their customers. Some customer management systems try to solve these problems. In real estate management systems, user needs to manage information of customer and their requirements. The system should response some specifications of users’ requirements (seller-buyer property matchups, contact with customer, insert property…). The system should have a simple interface for increasing usability of software. AL-YA Real Estate Management project aims to create a solution for real estate agencies to specify management of their customers. This project is proposed to create a useful web application for real estate agencies. The purpose is to create a familiar and easy to use interface for users who are existent in real estate agencies and their customers. There are four main modules which response requirements of real estate agencies and requirements of their customers. The first one is buyer module, for managing information and requirements of buyers. The second module is for sellers. It manages information and properties of seller. Third module is real estate property module. This module manages information of real estate property. The last module is E-mail module for managing all contact processes with customers. For developing this project, .Net framework with Visual Studio 2012 was used. For database part, MS SQL Server 2012 was used.

Molto spesso le agenzie immobiliari hanno problemi con la gestione delle informazioni e le esigenze dei loro clienti. Alcuni sistemi di gestione dei clienti cercano di risolvere questi problemi. Nei sistemi di gestione immobiliare, l'utente deve gestire le informazioni dei clienti e le loro esigenze. Il sistema dovrebbe rispondere ad alcune specifiche esigenze degli utenti (matchups di proprietà del venditore-acquirente, il contatto con il cliente, inserto di proprietà ...). Il sistema dovrebbe avere un'interfaccia semplice per aumentare l'usabilità del software. Il progetto "AL-YA Real Estate Management" mira a creare una soluzione per agenzie immobiliari per la gestione dei loro clienti. Questo progetto si propone di creare una applicazione web utile per le agenzie immobiliari. Lo scopo è quello di creare un'interfaccia familiare e facile da usare per gli utenti delle agenzie immobiliari ed i loro clienti. Ci sono quattro moduli principali che rispondono ai requisiti di agenzie immobiliari e le esigenze dei loro clienti. Il primo è il modulo per l'acquirente, per la gestione delle informazioni e esigenze degli acquirenti. Il secondo modulo è per i venditori. Gestisce le informazioni e le proprietà del venditore. Il terzo modulo è il modulo per le proprietà immobiliari. Questo modulo gestisce le informazioni di beni immobili. L'ultimo modulo è il modulo E-mail per la gestione di tutti i processi di contatto con i clienti. Per lo sviluppo di questo progetto, è stato utilizzato NET Framework con Visual Studio 2012. Per il database, è stato utilizzato MS SQL Server 2012.
