An entrepreneurial project : the X-Door Milano

In this project, I am going to examine the creation of my own business activity. I analysed all the aspects of a regular business plan, starting from the general idea of the business, passing through the marketing plan, the strategic plan, the operating plan, the economic plan and ending with a conclusion about how the business is going today. I used the most common tools utilized in the literature in order to create a business plan that follows the principles required in a project of management engineering.

Con questo progetto andrò ad esaminare sotto diversi aspetti la creazione della mia attività di business. Ho analizzato tutti fattori di un regolare business plan, partendo dall’idea generale di business, passando per il piano di marketing, il piano strategico, il piano operativo, il piano economico e terminando con una conclusione su come sta andando l’attività oggi. Ho usato gli strumenti più comuni utilizzati nella letteratura per creare un business plan che segua i principi e gli standard richiesti dell'ingegneria gestionale.
