Reingeneering analysis within the vendor management inventory between Rihag and Spesso gaskets since 2012

This thesis aims to analyze actual VMI process held by Rhiag and SPESSO gaskets since 2015. In order to determine its effectiveness through the measurement of the key performance indicators in this case (service level and inventory turnover) after determining its effectiveness an analysis of the hole process is done in order to determine possible improvement points. From this results different alternatives in terms of reengineering of the process where detected and later on, an analysis in term of cost is done with the scope of identifying the feasibility of each alternative.

Questa tesi si propone di analizzare effettivo processo VMI tenuto da Rhiag e SPESSO guarnizioni dal 2015. Al fine di determinare la sua efficacia attraverso la misurazione degli indicatori chiave di performance in questo caso (livello di servizio e di rotazione delle scorte), dopo aver determinato la sua efficacia un'analisi del foro processo è fatto per determinare possibili punti di miglioramento. Da ciò risulta diverse alternative in termini di riprogettazione del processo in cui rilevato e successivamente, un'analisi in termini di costo è effettuata con lo scopo di identificare la fattibilità di ciascuna alternativa.
