Employer's information requirements e BIM execution plan nel processo di progettazione costruzione

In 2011, the UK Government issued the Government Construction Strategy; one of the objective was supporting organizations of the building industry, in using of Building Information Modelling, between some standards such as PAS issued subsequently the issue of the Strategy. The aim of this thesis is to describe the contents of PAS 1192-2:2013 in particular some documents such as Employer’s Information Requirements (EIRs) and BIM Execution Plan (BEP). In chapters will be illustrated the delivery cycle of the information in process that uses BIM metodology, parts which made up EIRs and BEP, and what these documents bring more in the procurement process of design and construction services. The thesis end with the results achive by Government Construction Strategy until today in the UK, and with an International overview to see in which other countries, documents such as EIRs and BEP are being utilized.

Nel 2011, il Governo del Regno Unito ha emanato il Government Construction Strategy; uno degli obiettivi, era supportare le organizzazioni dell’industria delle costruzioni, nell’utilizzo del Building Information Modelling, attraverso degli standard quali le PAS redatte nei mesi successivi all’uscita della Strategia. Lo scopo di questa relazione è quello di descrivere i contenuti della PAS 1192-2:2013, ed in particolare due documenti contrattuali l’Employer’s Information Requirements (EIRs) ed il BIM Execution Plan (BEP). Nei vari capitoli, verrà illustrato il ciclo di consegna dell’informazione nei processi che utilizzano la metodologia BIM, le parti di cui si compongono l’EIRs ed il BEP e cosa portano in più questi documenti nel procedimento di appalto dei servizi di progettazione e costruzione. La relazione si conclude con i risultati ottenuti dal Government Construction Strategy fino ad oggi nel Regno Unito e con una panoramica internazionale per vedere in quali altri paesi vengono utilizzati dei documenti come l’EIRs ed il BEP.
