Tools for the management of cultural sites

The research is the need to try to make a contribution on the complex issue of the management of cultural sites. Often we are faced with cases where cultural sites in the area are not properly cared for and valued. The idea then is to propose an effective universal method for the proper management of cultural heritage sites, which is why a part of my work has been performed in another state. Thanks to the contribution of one of the students of a Polish university has completed a period of study in our Polo and our master, he was born the interest to deepen this theme in the Polish city of Poznan, as well as a reality of our country as the center historic city of Verona. The path for the definition of a method stems from the desire to apply the values ​​and universal concepts, which must then coincide in concrete tools in the field of urban management, from here the path for the development of an effective method to set or analyze the dynamics the management of cultural sites. Once you have defined the method with the models made available for analysis it was applied to two case studies from which the first conclusions related to individual cities were born and later the demonstration more broadly on how the application of these methods of analysis and management are essential for a correct enhancement of cultural sites.

La ricerca nasce dalla necessità di provare a dare un contributo sul complesso tema della gestione dei siti culturali. Spesso ci troviamo di fronte a casi in cui i siti culturali presenti nel territorio non vengono curati e valorizzati adeguatamente. L’idea quindi è quella di proporre un metodo universale efficace per la corretta gestione dei siti culturali,per questo motivo una parte del mio lavoro è stata svolta in un altro stato. Grazie al contributo di uno degli studenti di una università polacca che ha svolto un periodo di studio nel nostro Polo e nostro master, è nato l’interesse di approfondire questo tema nella città polacca di Poznan, oltre a una realtà del nostro paese come il centro storico della città di Verona. Il percorso per la definizione di un metodo nasce dalla volontà di applicare dei valori e concetti universali, che devono poi coincidere a degli strumenti concreti nel campo della gestione urbana, da qui il percorso per lo sviluppo di un metodo efficace per impostare o analizzare le dinamiche di gestione dei siti culturali. Una volta definito il metodo con gli schemi predisposti per l’analisi è stato applicato ai due casi studio da cui sono nate le prime conclusioni riferite alle singole città e successivamente la dimostrazione in modo più ampio di come l’applicazione di questi metodi di analisi e di gestione siano essenziali per una corretta valorizzazione dei siti culturali.
