While transportation plays an essential role in economic and social development, the substantial environmental and health impacts caused by present trends in mobility are negative. One hand, the emission of greenhouse gases has global impacts that have lead to global climate change. On the other hand, energy resources are gradually exhausting because of the frequent mobility especially the increased air transportation. In such circumstances, improving energy utilization ratio is more and more important for us. Based on this issue, I design the Easyexpres system. Easyexpress is a product-service system provides a platform for peer-to-peer express via Internet. Allow normal people to make extra money during traveling by air, using luggage’s empty space to carry goods for someone else. Easyexpress has two main actors: the shipper who want to send items to abroad, the courier who will take a plane to abroad and want to make extra money through carrying items for someone else. Easyexpress provide a platform to match shipper and courier. The processes of the Peer-to-peer express can divide into four periods: search for courier/ publish express advertisement, hand over stuff to courier, transport and final third-party express delivery. The essence of Easyexpress is collaborative consumption/sharing economy, taking advantage of spare space in your luggage to delivery stuff for someone else. The value of the service, on hand, let courier makes extra money; on the other hand, reduce energy consumption and environmental disruption caused by traditional express/logistic service mode.
