With the inclusive education applying around all over the world, the society are paying more attention to the education for the blind and visually impaired children ensuring they can be well integrated among the typical students. Therefore, how to create an educational toy suitable for both of them become the current important topic. Based on the background, synesthesia and multi-sensory design are applied as the methodologies. Here it also selects the blind and visually impaired preschool students as the target group to research their school activities and study situation, then systematically analyze the data. Finally, according to the analysis and research, Wecam is born with an educational toy specialized in outdoor activities for both the visually impaired children and typical children to encourage their communication.
