Digital entrepreneurship aims at transforming an existing business that drives economic and social value by creating and using novel digital technologies to improve operations, business model innovation, engage customers and stakeholders. This new and controversial concept works together with what is commonly known as the Lean Startup Approach, which shows how to engage customers during the product/service development process. This thesis aims at implementing these concepts in parallel with the development of a mobile application in the sport sector in Italy, showing customer’s reaction and feedback at all stages. It is specially focussed in Padel, an extremely well-recognised sport in Argentina and Spain, that has shown in Italy in the last years an exponential growth in terms of both, users and courts building. This idea is called JustPadel, a mobile application that merges padel’s culture with digital solutions for creating a whole new network that gives users a vast number of benefits. The process of its development is also supported by different Strategic and Service Design tools that helps in understanding how this service is technically composed and arranged. It is also held an economic assessment for supporting and justifying all types of costs that have to be faced in order to start the service up.

Abstract
Nowadays all type of businesses want to become partially or totally digital. Entering the digital world helps in gaining recognition, positioning and engagement. It is also held an economic assessment for supporting and justifying all types of costs that have to be faced in order to start the service up.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
