This thesis describes the work done on the GLAMOUR (Gust Load Alleviation techniques assessment on wind tUnnel MOdel of advanced Regional aircraft) project: it is part of a European project named “Clean sky”, more precisely it concerns the development and the certification of control system on the “GRA”(Green Regional Aircraft) through the realization of a fully aeroelastic scaled (1:6) wind tunnel model, that will be tested at Politecnico of Milano, where the flight condition due to a vertical gust will be reproduced and the efficiency of different control laws for the wing root bending moment reduction will be checked. The thesis focuses on the realization and experimental validation of the wing spar and on the actuation system for the control surfaces, on the realization of a detailed FE model of the half aircraft and its translation into an State-Space model. The last step is the implementation of the experiment in a Simulink simulator, which will be used to tune the alleviation laws.

Abstract
The last step is the implementation of the experiment in a Simulink simulator, which will be used to tune the alleviation laws.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
