This dissertation aims to establish a reference implementation framework for Big Data Analytics in organizations. It analyzes different implementation frameworks for Big Data but focusing mainly on eight dimensions: the decision drivers for the implementation; the stakeholder management; the cost estimation; the team creation; the technology; the data flow usage; the integration; the implementation stages. Furthermore, a comparison between the different analyzed models was made in order to establish the key elements they lack which allowed the further creation of the proposed model which in turn, was made more effectively as it addresses in more detail the dimensions mentioned before.

Abstract
This dissertation aims to establish a reference implementation framework for Big Data Analytics in organizations. It analyzes different implementation frameworks for Big Data but focusing mainly on eight dimensions: the decision drivers for the implementation; the stakeholder management; the cost estimation; the team creation; the technology; the data flow usage; the integration; the implementation stages. Furthermore, a comparison between the different analyzed models was made in order to establish the key elements they lack which allowed the further creation of the proposed model which in turn, was made more effectively as it addresses in more detail the dimensions mentioned before.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
