Chinese wine culture and the relationship with the Chinese food

As an Chinese living seven years in Italy, I found the Italians to Chinese culture has a very strong interest in this enthusiasm reflected in life is to love Chinese food. Not only to the Chinese people, the Italian people, the whole world of Chinese food is very popular. With the experience in the restaurant, I found the Italian people's understanding of Chinese wine almost nothing. Chinese food and wine are inextricably relations, Chinese wine in China has thousands of years of history, it is a culture, a ritual, a social, a civilization. I hope my research on the Chinese wine and Chinese food can let more people understand China wine, and thus more able to enjoy a Chinese meal.
