Airlines always want their system sustainable, profitable and available. In order to obtain these aspects they invest huge amounts for IT infrastructure. Nowadays one of the main aspect of airline domain is loyalty system and its integration with other systems. This paper examines one of the integration module which is tier profile exchange architecture between airline and alliances by converting current system that is batch process to real time online web service. This web service application works as client for loyalty system and informs alliance hub which is server for profile tier update.
