Office management application for SME, specialized by Cloud system

Most of the time, micro-enterprises and SME’s (small and medium enterprises) have problems with management of information and requirements of their works. Usually they solve their management problems with excel or some primitive methods. Actually, there are too many software and ERP systems for these companies. But principally these systems are so expensive and they need maintenance. So it engenders extra financial charge. Our system named NKolayOfis was developed to overcome the barriers mentioned above and appears to be cost-effective solution. NKolayOfis (name of office management system on the cloud) is a SaaS cloud system that allows the system users to manage all their financial operations and make other office transactions. Users will have an access to NKolayOfis Financial Manager Software having paid just regular subscription fee. To increase software usability we developed user friendly interface and simplify system implementation process. There are four main modules which response NkolayOfis requirements. The first one is income and invoice control for sales operation management. The second module is outcome control. It manages buying operation and invoice control. Third module is stock. This module allows following the products in stock. The last module is personnel module for managing all workers and officers. For developing this project, PHP Larevel Framework with Angular JS was used. For Database part, MS SQL Server 2012 was used.

Nella maggior parte dei casi, le micro-imprese e le PMI (piccole e medie imprese) hanno problemi con la gestione delle informazioni e dei requisiti delle loro opere. Di solito risolvono i loro problemi di gestione con Excel o altri metodi piuttosto primitivi. In realtà, ci sono tanti sistemi software ed ERP per queste aziende. Ma questi sistemi sono costosi e hanno bisogno di manutenzione, generando così oneri finanziari aggiuntivi. Il sistema descritto in questa tesi si chiama 'NKolayOfis’ ed é stato sviluppato per superare la difficoltà di cui sopra e per avere una soluzione efficente dal punto di vista dei costi. Il sistema NKolayOfis é un sistema di SaaS su cloud. Gli utenti possono gestire tutte le operazioni finanziarie e altre operazioni dell’ufficio. Da parte degli utenti è richiesta una registrazione a pagamento per l'utilizzo del software. Abbiamo sviluppato un'interfaccia user-friendly ed un sistema semplice per l’applicazione. Ci sono quattro moduli principali che rispondono alle esigenze NkolayOfis. Il primo è il reddito ed il controllo delle fatture per la gestione delle attività di vendita. Il secondo modulo è il controllo del risultato: gestisce l'acquisto di funzionamento ed il controllo della fattura. Il terzo modulo è il magazzino: permette a seguire i prodotti in magazzino. L'ultimo modulo è il modulo di personale per la gestione di tutti i dipendenti e i direttori. Per lo sviluppo di questo progetto sono stati utilizzati PHP Larevel Framework con Angular JS; come database è stato utilizzato MS SQL Server 2012.
