Internet of Things technologies can contribute for Oil & Gas industry in terms of getting status of the pipeline, detecting problems in the infrastructure and collecting information about the pipeline (capacity and location of the pipeline). Using cloud to collect data all from Oil & Gas infrastructure, makes the data more reachable and available for integration of other services and platforms. Purpose of the thesis is to get information from pipeline in immediate time by using SAP HANA Cloud Internet of Things services, collecting data into SAP HANA Cloud Platform, making logical operation and interpretation on the data and showing results in an advanced interface. The Oil & Gas pipeline implementation project using SAP HANA Cloud Platform Internet of Things Services proves that Oil & Gas industries saves a lot time for gathering data from the components, almost all data is able to be collected from the pipelines and by this way the industry always aware of the current status of the pipeline and take some action based on more precise data analyses.

Abstract
The Oil & Gas pipeline implementation project using SAP HANA Cloud Platform Internet of Things Services proves that Oil & Gas industries saves a lot time for gathering data from the components, almost all data is able to be collected from the pipelines and by this way the industry always aware of the current status of the pipeline and take some action based on more precise data analyses.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
