The following report has been done as a part of the Internship, while working with Ceramiche Musa. This work primarily focuses on “Expansion of Ceramiche Musa, (a noted Italian Tile Company) to Indian Market by adopting a Consortium Business Model”. The model benefit’s all the players by reducing the Investments and increasing Sales. The model adopted, primarily focuses on scouting of potential interested and established manufacturers in Indian market. It helps the players by reducing the manufacturing costs, to compete in the High End Luxury segment-to become market Leader in this product segment, and to have wide distribution network throughout India and Asia. During this work, an in depth Indian Tile Market Analysis has been carried out to know the feasibility of the project. Here, Ceramiche Musa decided to transfer the Technology and Know-How to the consortium players who are willing to join the the Business Model. Here the Players are selected and evaluated based on the Questionnaire and Scoring Matrix adopted by Ceramiche Musa by following the contractual agreements.
Il seguente rapporto è stato fatto come una parte del Stage, lavorando con Ceramiche Musa. Questo lavoro si concentra principalmente sulla "Espansione di Ceramiche Musa, (un notato Tile Company italiana) al mercato indiano con l'adozione di un business Consorzio Modello". Il beneficio modello di tutti i giocatori riducendo la Investimenti e crescente Vendite. Il modello adottato, si concentra principalmente sulla scouting di potenziali interessati e fabbricanti stabiliti nel mercato indiano. Aiuta i giocatori riducendo la costi di produzione, per competere nella fascia alta di lusso segmento di diventare mercato Leader in questo segmento di prodotto, e di avere un'ampia rete di distribuzione in tutta l'India e in Asia. Nel corso di questo lavoro, un'analisi approfondita delle mattonelle mercato indiano è stato effettuato a sapere la fattibilità del progetto. Qui, Ceramiche Musa ha deciso di trasferire la tecnologia e know-how per i giocatori del consorzio che sono disposti a partecipare al Business Modello. Qui i giocatori sono selezionati e valutati in base al questionario e Scoring Matrix adottato da Ceramiche Musa, seguendo gli accordi contrattuali.
