This report aims at presenting a case study related to a multinational company operating in the food and beverage industry. In particular, the focus of the analysis is how this company, called F&B for simplicity, manages the business processes involved in the execution of the visits inside its clients stores, which are distributors that sell to final customers, in order to monitor F&B products, looking at which are the most sold items in that particular store and the ones that are not appreciated, but also how they are positioned, if there are cases of out of stocks and other performances. The objective of F&B is to improve its sales through a detailed analysis of the actual business processes, so that it is possible to identify the main critical points and then apply some changes in order to solve the issues and reach the target.
