Study performed on the management and control of planning and forecasting processes in the supply chain of Lactalis Nestlé Produits Frais Italie - LNPF ITalia. The company subject of this study is the European joint venture established by the agreement between the two world giants in the dairy industry: the Lactalis Group and the Nestlé Group. LNPF produces and distributes almost yogurt-based products increasingly and frequently listed on the promotional flyers of the modern distribution. In this study the principal focus has been the forecasting and planning processes and the impact that the promotional activities agreeded in late have on the service's performances of the supply chain. Consequently has been provided a solution proposal aimed to eliminate and reduce some criticalities.
Elaborato sulla gestione e il controllo dei processi di pianificazione e previsione nella supply chain di Lactalis Nestlé Produits Frais Italie - LNPF ITalia. L'azienda in esame é la joint venture europea nata dall'accordo tra due colossi mondiali del settore lattiero-caseario: il Gruppo Lactalis e il il Gruppo Nestlé. LNPF produce e distribuisce prodotti principalmente a base di yogurt sempre più spesso e frequentemente presenti sui volantini promozionali della grande distribuzione moderna. In questo studio viene principalmente posta attenzione ai processi di previsione e pianificazione e dell'impatto che hanno le attività promozionali inserite in ritardo sulle performance di servizio della supply chain. Conseguentemente, é stata fornita una proposta di cambiamento volta ad eliminare e ridurre alcune criticità.
