Titolo della tesi Promind. Integrating user opinions type of information flow in design process
Abstract in inglese Customers are the most important people for any organization. They are the resource upon which the success of the business depends. Regarding the intensive importance of customers in modern world, by the beginning of design phase, the entire product team should have a thorough understanding of business, market, and user requirements for product. It is also important to transfer the customer opinions in an applicable way to designers. That’s the reason why User Centered Design which is a framework of processes where the needs, wants, and limitations of end users of a product, service or process are given extensive attention at each stage of the design process is one of the most important and interesting design process. This study presents a new way to achieve opinions of different kind of users and transfer all information directly to the designers in a user centered design process through a modelling of human-product interaction system. We apply a pictorial form of diagrammatical technique of modelling the information flow. Then we are going to analyse existing Internet based solutions for companies to achieve user feedbacks and then we will present a new interaction based solution to optimise human-product interaction and the collection of useful information for both side of users and companies.
