Quantifying unsold real estate. Application to PTRA Franciacorta related to land take

The idea, the development and the work of this thesis was born out of necessity, by the Lombardy Region, to quantify the real estate unsold part of the study on the effects of land use in the area of Franciacorta.

L’idea, lo sviluppo e il lavoro di questa tesi è scaturita dalla necessità, durante l’attività di tirocinio nell’U.O. Programmazione Territoriale ed Urbanistica in Regione Lombardia, di quantificare il patrimonio immobiliare invenduto nell’ambito dello studio sugli effetti dell’uso e consumo di suolo nell’area della Franciacorta.
