Abstract
Home is a multilayered term that encapsulates the individual who lives in that place, and it reflects the society structures which the habitant is a part of. It is a vector of history, a "cross road of relations" materialized through the physical form of the objects, behind which technical, material and symbolic values lay unseen. Starting from this conviction, the PhD work observes how the international seller of furniture IKEA is changing the meaning of home and, moreover, the Italian project culture.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
