The present work designs and proposes the Value Proposition for the Digital Social Market (DSM), one of the main activities of the European “Sharing Cities Program”. The studies and analyses of the main italian reward systems, which mainly generate positive and green behaviours in the Energy and Mobility domain, have led to the identification of the so-called “Lesson Learn”, which made it possible to define peculiarities and main services of the DSM. The direct contacts and interviews with the potential actors, interested to join the project, allowed the review and the validation of the proposed value propositions. The generated digital ecosystem, establishes a win-win-win-win mechanism between the involved actors (citizens, institutions, private businesses, service and data providers), answering effectively their needs and overcoming difficulties, typical of the multi-actor context, which would have prevented the participation to the project.

Abstract
The present work designs and proposes the Value Proposition for the Digital Social Market (DSM), one of the main activities of the European “Sharing Cities Program”. The studies and analyses of the main italian reward systems, which mainly generate positive and green behaviours in the Energy and Mobility domain, have led to the identification of the so-called “Lesson Learn”, which made it possible to define peculiarities and main services of the DSM. The direct contacts and interviews with the potential actors, interested to join the project, allowed the review and the validation of the proposed value propositions. The generated digital ecosystem, establishes a win-win-win-win mechanism between the involved actors (citizens, institutions, private businesses, service and data providers), answering effectively their needs and overcoming difficulties, typical of the multi-actor context, which would have prevented the participation to the project.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
