Impact evaluation framework : una applicazione al caso di elettrificazione rurale

This work was conducted with the aim of evaluating the rural electrification project “EEP, Sustainable Energy for Kitobo Island, Uganda” through the evaluation model “Impact Evaluation Framework” (IEF) developed by the UNESCO section within the Energy Department of the Politecnico di Milano. The Implementation of this model was possible thanks to the two months engagement of the evaluator during the execution of the project.

Il lavoro svolto ha l’obiettivo di valutare l’impatto del progetto di elettrificazione rurale “EEP, Sustainable Energy Service for Kitobo Island, Uganda” utilizzando il modello di valutazione “Impact Evaluation Framework” (IEF) sviluppato dalla sezione UNESCO del dipartimento di Energetica del Politecnico di Milano. L’applicazione del modello ha visto il valutatore impegnato in loco per un periodo di due mesi durante lo svolgimento del progetto.
