This thesis aims at showing the work process implemented in the Facility Department at Percassi Group to manage the preventive and corrective maintenance services for all the stores belonging to the company. In particular, the process of the emergency maintenance requests management is analyzed, considering those that are the strong and weak points of the current system and the work of the three global service providers. Reflections and hypotheses to make improvements to the office will arise from the data obtained. A more conservative, cost-containing solution will be hypothesized by improving and integrating the current system. An innovative solution that would bring a radical change in management, but certainly more expensive, is the purchase of software specifically designed for the management of maintenance activities (scheduled and extraordinary) adapted to the reality of Percassi Group. This should be seen in the perspective of a real investment for the company, but would lead to a secure and significant increase in performance and a reduction in management time.

Abstract
This should be seen in the perspective of a real investment for the company, but would lead to a secure and significant increase in performance and a reduction in management time.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
