Tourists activity center design

Abstract Quan Zhou, Jiu Ri Shan Scenic Area is a place comprehensive natural scenery and humanity history, which attracting large number of tourists to come for leisure and sightseeing. The Tourists Activity Center is a project invested by local government to complete the service function of this area and provide people a place for public events and recreation. The construction land located in the junction of the natural landscape and the old town. The old town has it’s characteristic public activity space and the local people still lived and enjoyed their daily life here. Based on this, the strategy of this design is connecting with the existing both physically and morphologically. The whole building is divided vertically, the ground is connecting the surrounding elements while the upper space to represent the old town space style. It is worth mentioning that, what matters more is not the dimension of the volume but the type of space in between because the public activity happens there. By using two different processing methods up and down, the project try to meet the function demand but also to arouse the people’s psychological resonance.

Astratto Quan Zhou, l'area scenica di Jiu Ri Shan è un paesaggio naturale completo e storia dell'umanità, che attrae numerosi turisti a venire per il tempo libero e visite turistiche. Il Centro di attività dei turisti è un progetto investito dal governo locale per completare la funzione di servizio di questa zona e fornire alle persone un posto per eventi pubblici e ricreazione. Il terreno di costruzione situato all'incrocio del paesaggio naturale e del centro storico. Il centro storico ha carattere caratteristico dello spazio pubblico e la gente del luogo ha ancora vissuto e goduto la loro vita quotidiana qui. In base a ciò, la strategia di questo progetto è collegata con l'esistente sia fisicamente che morfologicamente. L'intero edificio è suddiviso verticalmente, il terreno sta collegando gli elementi circostanti mentre lo spazio superiore rappresenta il vecchio stile dello spazio urbano. Vale la pena ricordare che ciò che conta di più non è la dimensione del volume, ma il tipo di spazio in mezzo perché l'attività pubblica succede lì. Utilizzando due diversi metodi di elaborazione su e giù, il progetto cerca di soddisfare la domanda di funzione ma anche suscitare la risonanza psicologica del popolo
