It’s vital to understand how Italian traditional theaters work in the community to make the relationship with other activities of the community of Mariano Comense. Meanwhile, the renovation of the old traditional theater is a common problem in Italy because of the people's increasing material and cultural needs. In the future, a new architectural language needs to be created to activate the community. I thought one passage would be a good strategy to connect the inside and outside, the street and inner garden. It is a good way to create spaces for the production of intellectual and physical contents related to the spectacles (a studio for the training of musicians, another for dancers, a workshop for the construction of theatrical scenography, etc.). This has been a good suggestion. Creating a "performing art center for the community" is very close to my personal idea of a space for urban regeneration. I thought that the renovation of Mariano Comense can't be just a simple refurbishment of a old building and the fitting of new technologies and it is very important to build a new functional program for the community. It is also clear that every single project has to be "tailor made" for the specific building and environment. I think it’s important to underline possibilities and potentials as much as possible so they can make a comparison to make the best choice. My general strategy is creating the changeable space which can be arranged in different ways by opening and closing a rotating inner door. Because of the small volume of the cinema, how to share the area by move, increase or decrease something, like chairs and walls, could be useful and the initial way to keep the balance between the enough capacity and necessity to watch well of spectators. So, I think the future community hall would be changeable and moveable to meet the requirements of different people.

Abstract
So, I think the future community hall would be changeable and moveable to meet the requirements of different people.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
