And from a different health angle, they may be unfit for those who need to cut back on their sugar intake, as in the case of people suffering from obesity. However, dairy-free and sugar-free products only make up a very small segment of the overall market in food products, limiting the options for consumers who wish to avoid dairy and sugary foods. Although the market is filled with household yogurt makers and dairy-free milk makers, it is lacking a solution for making homemade dairy-free yogurt. Nuttee is a concept that is developed to fill this void while aiming to respect the environment and facilitating the preferences and the limitations of its potential users.
Ci sono diversi motivi per cui i latticini commerciali possono risultare problematici. Siccome il gas metano prodotto dai bovini costituisce una parte rilevante di emissioni globali di gas a effetto serra, questi prodotti per estensione contribuiscono in modo significativo al problema.
