The aim of the project was to perform a Process FMEA analysis based on an existing line for designing a new cavity line that followed the WCM standards (especially EMM, PM and AM), and could guarantee a high level of OEE.
Il tema centrale del progetto è stato quello di eseguire un'analisi FMEA di processo basandosi su una linea esistente per la progettazione una nuova lina cavità forni che seguisse i dettami della WCM (specialmente l'EMM, PM e AM) e che possa garantire un elevato livello di OEE.
