Santiago ecological urbanization

Now the growth of cities is one of the main problems of urban development. Throughout the world, cities are expanding, swelling, which entails social and economic problems. In addition to global climate demands, resettlement and economy, cities face a natural problem, such as the preservation of fertile land, biological diversity and the improvement of the ecological situation. Moreover, the question of “resilient” cities is now actual, a relatively new fashionable term that displaces the term “sustainable architecture”. Cities face natural disasters, such as earthquakes, tsunamis, forest fires, floods. All this in total produces a tension and imposes a great responsibility not only on the government, economists, planners, residents, but also affects architects. Therefore, during the search for the topic of the thesis, many urgent and acute issues were found. Can I answer them all? I do not think so. Therefore, whatever, not to get lost in the abyss of problems, I found a contest, which maximally touched on the problems of interest to me in the town-planning sphere. Work on this contest has allowed us to better understand the problems and structure them.

Ora la crescita delle città è uno dei principali problemi dello sviluppo urbano. In tutto il mondo, le città stanno espandendo, gonfiandosi, che comporta problemi sociali ed economici. Oltre alle esigenze climatiche globali, al reinsediamento e all'economia, le città affrontano un problema naturale, come la conservazione delle terre fertili, la diversità biologica e il miglioramento della situazione ecologica. Inoltre, la questione delle città "resilienti" è ormai attuale, un termine relativamente nuovo di moda che sposta il termine "architettura sostenibile". Le città affrontano catastrofi naturali, come terremoti, tsunami, incendi boschivi, inondazioni. Tutto questo in totale produce una tensione e impone una grande responsabilità non solo sul governo, sugli economisti, sui pianificatori, sui residenti, ma anche sugli architetti. Pertanto, durante la ricerca del tema della tesi, sono stati trovati molti problemi urgenti e acuti. Posso rispondere a tutti? Io non la penso così. Pertanto, qualunque cosa, per non perdermi nell'abisso dei problemi, ho trovato un concorso che ha massicciamente toccato i problemi di interesse per me nella sfera urbanistica. Il lavoro su questo concorso ci ha permesso di comprendere meglio i problemi e di strutturarli.
