The Thesis is a study of traditional courtyards in two cities of two cultures, Milan, Italy and Suzhou, China. From a spatial point of view, different cases are analysed and compared. Starting form this very specific type of space, the study has been tried to get some conclusion of western and eastern cultures.
La tesi è uno studio sui cortili tradizionali in due città di due culture, Milano, Italia e Suzhou, Cina. Dal punto di vista spaziale vengono analizzati e confrontati diversi casi. Partendo da questo tipo di spazio molto specifico, lo studio è stato tentato di ottenere alcune conclusioni di culture occidentali e orientali.
