Optimization of the material flow within the departments and the main warehouse. Tenicplast S.p.A

It was done the identification of the material flow of the actual process, the analysis of the inbound and outbound flows; after the analysis it was defined the pitfalls, analyzing the problems that were found during the analysis phase. Finally, it was defined the proposals of improvement with its respective cost-benefit analysis.

È stata fatta la identificazione dei flussi dei materiali attuale, il analisi dei flussi inbound e outbound; dopo il analisi si è stata fatta la definizione dei pitfalls, analizzando delle problematiche riscontrate durante la mappatura dell' as-is. Successivamente , si è stata fatta la definizioni dei soluzioni di miglioramento e anche la simulazione degli impatti delle soluzioni proposte sui problemi rilevati.
