In my thesis, new pretreatment for electroless nickel-phosphorus coating magnesium alloys has been investigated regarding making optimization parameters in terms of duration and composition. Different acid content and different duration of carboxylic acid pretreatment process was performed on nickel-phosphorus electroless coating of magnesium. Characterization of the coated films were evaluated via microhardness test, salt spray test and SEM analysis.
In questo lavoro di tesi è stato approfondito il pre-trattamento di electroless coating con nichel-fosforo di leghe di magnesio, al fine di ottimizzarne i parametri in termine di durata e composizione. Diverse concentrazioni di acido e diversa durata del pretrattamento di acido carbossilico sono stati utilizzati per electroless coating di nichel-fosforo su magnesio. La caratterizzazione dei film è stata effettuata mediante test di microdurezza, salt spray test e SEM
