Door for adventure

Grand Canyon is an extreme environment! Adventure by itself. Is made of Colorado River. And the river splits Grand Canyon. It has 4 Rims (North, South, West and Marble Canyon). And each rim has its own identity. In common north, south west is famous for tourism. And Marble canyon is for adventure! The Grand Canyon is composed of different layers of stone and each layer has a history! The texture of Grand Canyon is brush stroke! The whole grand canyon is taken care by red Indian settlement (Havasupai). Marble Canyon - The pass thru place for hikers! On the top of marble canyon, it has Navajo bridge and an airport with a nearby city page and the bottom end of marble canyon has south rim. Midst of this beauty sits our site in the centre with the famous red wall mountains and vaseys paradise! The formation of natural sections makes the site even more interesting and eventually makes the site stand out from the rest! As known by the rest Grand Canyon is for extreme conditions, and so is our design! Extreme! Environment! Experience! These are the key elements which drives us to think beyond the wall! Hence we are opening the door for adventure for extreme people! (Hikers, Abseiling, Rafters etc. The door for adventure leads you to a transitional space which eventually transforms as the base for your adventure and gradually leads you to the edge of the mountain! ¬•if you don't live in the edge you will never see the view•

Il Grand Canyon è un ambiente estremo! Di per sé sinonimo di avventura E’ generato per erosione dal Colorado, il fiume che tuttora divide il Grand Canyon. Ha 4 grandi anse (Nord, Sud, Ovest e Marble Canyon a Nord-Est).ciascuna caratterizzata da una propria identità. Con riferimento al settore settentrionale, la parte a sud-ovest è famosa per il turismo. E il Marble Canyon noto per essere un luogo di avventura! Il Grand Canyon è composto da diversi strati litici, ciascuno relativo una precisa era geologica! La struttura del Grand Canyon è dunque simile a quella delle setole di un pennello! L’intero Grand Canyon è curato dagli indiani (Havasupai). Il Marble Canyon di marmo è il portale d’accesso ai luoghi più amati dagli escursionisti! All’estremità settentrionale del Marble Canyon, vi è il ponte Navajo e aeroporto della vicina città di Page. A metà di questa bellezza naturale si trova il nostro sito di progetto, caratterizzato dai famosi strapiombi dalle pareti rosse e dalla nota oasi denominata Vasey’s Paradise. La formazione di queste speciali sezioni naturali rende il Marble Canyon ancora più interessante e straordinario.Come è noto ogni altra parte del Grand Canyon mostra condizioni estreme, e a tali condizioni ha inteso ispirarsi anche il nostro progetto, che può senz’altro definirsi estremo. L’accento sull’ambiente e sul valore esperienza in loco sono gli elementi chiave della proposta, inizialmente suggerita da un bando di progettazione riservato agli studenti. Il nostro progetto, denominato Door for adventure, intende quindi offrire un gate di accesso a quanti amino praticare sport estremi su queste rocce (Escursionisti, Abseiling, Rafters ecc.). The Door for adventure intende condurre il visitatore in uno spazio di transizione che è anche il punto di partenza per un’avventura sportiva a contatto col Canyon. Come recita un noto motto, “if you don't live in the edge you will never see the view”!
