Draw your house in the box. A community land trust for Sydney

The research question is “Can a Community Land Trust be a Solution for the Current Housing Issues ?” and its context is the city of Sydney (AU). It is here explained in the introduction text related to what the housing issue is, what a community land trust is, and why this finalcial model could be a solution to the problem. This thesis will focus on the key themes of the work, the theoretical background of it, the role of the architect and the general aims of the project. The cultural context, it’s here explained in summary giving an overview of the contents and of the political/ideological panorama in which the project puts itself. The introduction expresses, almost as a to do list, the main points of the work from the start and the studies of the alternative of the Community Land Trust, to the application of it on the sample site.
