In this thesis, we organize and answer two questions, firstly, according to theoretical knowledge, what is the ideal network structure for focused three luxury segments, secondly, whether the multi segment products could generate the synergy in luxury distribution network and how they generate. We utilize both quantitative and qualitative tools to identify and support the findings. In order to have a comprehensive knowledge supporting our work, we take a wide scope of study on literature review towards strategic distribution design, supply chain management on luxury industries, the current performance of luxury markets, and the theories of synergy in different perspectives
In questa tesi, organizziamo e rispondiamo a due domande, in primo luogo, secondo le conoscenze teoriche, qual è la struttura di rete ideale per tre segmenti di lusso focalizzati, in secondo luogo, se i prodotti multi-segmento potrebbero generare la sinergia nella rete di distribuzione di lusso e come generano. Utilizziamo strumenti sia quantitativi che qualitativi per identificare e supportare i risultati. Per avere una conoscenza approfondita a supporto del nostro lavoro, prendiamo un ampio campo di studio sulla revisione della letteratura verso la progettazione strategica della distribuzione, la gestione della supply chain sui settori del lusso, l'attuale performance dei mercati del lusso e le teorie della sinergia in diverse prospettive
