Bonded anchors are one of the most common types of structural fasteners currently used widely in new and existing R.C. structures and having directed effects on the structural capacity to resist actions on structures. On the other hand, using various type of bonded anchors have been used for non-structural elements such as installations. However, they should resist in a proper way and stand loads alongside structural ones. Although, new high performance bonded anchors have very high bearing capacities, one of the main issues that are going to be focused on, is understanding impacts of poor installation on their bearing capacities. The poor hole cleaning and curing have been investigated in this practical work to see their impacts on bearing capacity by performing experimental tests then, try to find a simple technical and practical way to improve installation procedure. However, the design communities understand these issues, an overall majority of technical people do not consider its unpleasant effects on overall future structural behaviour. This topic has been widely studied in the engineering and technical paths but, it has been concluded that, in many cases, it leads to improper results, since the installer technicians will not tend to consider technical manuals and complicated engineering procedures if no special simplified detailing based on work experience is carried out. To this end, a questionnaire has been distributed among all the possible bonded anchors producer and/or distributor technical offices so, the results have been collected and used for designing a simple practical format for installing bonded anchors in concrete. The purpose of this investigation is to beside observe on bonded anchors poor installation effects on their bearing capacity, attempt to find an applicable solution to reduce the possibility of such that installations based on real statistics collected from industry.
