Casa Museo Pisani Dossi in Corbetta is a villa dating back to the XV Century, turned towards the end of the Nineteenth century in a private archaeological museum by the Scapigliato writer Carlo Alberto Pisani Dossi, during his passionate excavations in Corbetta and abroad. Today the museum is closed and inaccessible to the public for inadequacy of its spaces. Recently, the owners have initiated a new valorisation strategy that includes the establishment of the Pisani Dossi Museum Foundation and the introduction into the villa of a commercial activity and accommodation for the sake of economic feasibility of the site. However, sustainability of culture is not an easy task because of the lack of direct economic resources and the territorial features of Corbetta, which make it poorly related to positive realities such as Milan. The aim of this thesis is to fully understand the potentialities and criticalities of the value of the villa and its museum, and its attractiveness and mediation capacity with existing networks in the surrounding area. At this point, the Cultural Sphere can benefit from the Economic one and develop Valorisation Strategies that take advantage of the well-established practices of "Experiential Marketing". Given the complexity of the elements included in the Villa, multidisciplinary characterizes the structure of this thesis. The work is divided into two parts, for a total of five chapters. The first (Ch. I, II, III) is more descriptive and serves to create an exhaustive historical, legal, economic / managerial and technical knowledge of the Villa and the Museum. The second (Ch. IV, V) presents territorial analyses and the development of synergies (economic-socio-cultural) around and in the municipality of Corbetta. In addition, a theoretical study is carried out for the application of an effective marketing operation. A Business Plan will close the sequence.
