The thesis analyzes the issues related to the area of the Como Sencalgia stadium. Starting from a detailed historical analysis through the cadastral study, we came to realize the project of a Community Center in relation to the pre-existing stage.
La tesi analizza le tematiche relative all'area dello stadio comasco Senigallia. Partendo da una dettagliata analisi storica attraverso lo studio catastale, siamo arrivati a realizzare il progetto di un Community Centre in relazione con lo stadio preesistente.
